Unit Manager, RN

Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for an assigned unit while ensuring delivery aligns with mission, vision, values, policies, and state/federal regulations. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Manage human resources by limiting overtime and agency use, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary. Support the Director of Nursing in achieving positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction across patients, families, and employees.
