Job Summary
Lead, guide, and direct overall operations, coordination, and nursing care for an assigned unit to ensure delivery consistent with mission, vision, values, and state/federal regulations. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, families, and employees. Manage human resources within the unit by limiting overtime and agency use, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary. Posted Salary Range: USD $83,200.00 - USD $104,000.00 /Yr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
