Job Summary
Unit Manager (RN) responsible for weekly wound rounds on the assigned unit, leading nursing staff and overseeing nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and maintaining care standards. Supervises RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants; may act on behalf of the DON in her/his absence. On-call rotation with nursing management; requires current RN license, CPR certification, and 1 year LTC experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice in the State as an RN (Registered Nurse)
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Previous supervisory experience
- 1-year LTC experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
