Unit Manager (RN) - Full-Time 1st Shift

Lead nursing staff through daily oversight of care on assigned units while managing the environment to maintain resident safety. Supervise resident care activities performed by RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, adhering to standards of care and occasionally acting on behalf of the Director of Nursing. Balance 2–4 days as Unit Manager with every other weekend on the floor, flexing 32–40 hours weekly based on census. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and one year of LTC experience.
