Job Summary
Unit Manager RN responsible for leading assigned nursing units, overseeing RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants; ensures adherence to standards of care and maintains resident safety; may act on behalf of the DON in absence; participates in on-call rotation and supports 24/7 operations on the floor with a focus on leadership, care quality, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice in the State as an RN (Registered Nurse)
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Previous supervisory experience
- 1-year LTC experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
