Job Summary
RN Unit Manager leads daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, supervises LPNs and CNAs, ensures high-quality resident care per care plans and physician orders, monitors resident conditions and coordinates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, maintains regulatory-compliant documentation, participates in care plan meetings, and supports admissions, discharges, and transfers while fostering a collaborative, compassionate, resident-centered care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in DE
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
