Unit Manager, RN

Unit Manager, RN responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of safe, person-centered care in a 30-bed skilled nursing neighborhood. Partners with clinical leadership to maintain nursing standards and ensure appropriate staffing based on acuity. Will mentor and precept staff to support professional growth; owns documentation processes including MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting; oversees infection control and antibiotic stewardship; drives quality improvement measures (e.g., falls, pressure ulcers, medication errors, restraint use, readmissions, antipsychotic use, ADL documentation); collaborates with Staff Development; participates in clinical leadership and regulatory activities (surveys, PI/RM/S Committee). Requires current RN license, CPR, and familiarity with electronic medical records; experience with regulatory requirements and state/local regulations.
