Job Summary
Provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient and resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. Work directly with care team members to deliver compassionate and professional care. Plan, evaluate, and coordinate services while triaging tasks and supervising nursing staff to optimize the resident and patient experience. This role offers a full-time position with a 3PM to 11PM shift, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Diversicare is an agency-free center dedicated to improving lives, featuring a Clinical Career Ladder for advancement into roles such as Clinical Educator or Assistant Director of Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services
- Experience in triaging tasks
- Supervision of nursing team members
- Coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience
