Job Summary
Provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient and resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. Work directly with care team members to deliver compassionate and professional care while triaging tasks and supervising nursing staff. Coordinate services to optimize the resident and patient experience. This role supports advancement through the Clinical Career Ladder into Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing positions. Required Qualifications
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
