Job Summary
Oversee clinical nurses and nurse assistants to ensure high-quality, compassionate care while conducting comprehensive medical assessments and implementing treatment plans. Coordinate staffing needs, assist in hiring, and mentor nursing staff through training programs. Monitor documentation compliance, resolve resident and family concerns, and drive innovation to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations. Maintain accurate resident records and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License in good standing
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
