Job Summary
Oversee the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit while providing daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel. Manage unit operations in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Support clinical quality, lead a dedicated team, and foster interdisciplinary communication to exceed resident, family, and staff needs. Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing school with an Indiana RN license and experience in charge nursing or supervision. Full-time day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
