Job Summary
Manage the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit by supervising licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care. Ensure unit operations align with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all federal and state laws and regulations. Create a comforting atmosphere for residents while promoting interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Provide leadership through mentoring staff and demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Requires an accredited nursing degree and Indiana RN or LPN license. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive compensation, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
