Job Summary
Conduct accurate patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care within the interdisciplinary team. Maintain open communication with patients and families to encourage their participation in decision-making. Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned. Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing. This role supports the geriatric patient population at NHC HealthCare Anniston, fostering a family-oriented environment focused on honesty, integrity, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current Alabama Nursing (RN/LPN) license
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients
- Exhibits leadership skills
