Job Summary
Develop and execute a people strategy that drives employee engagement, builds frontline capability, and fosters a high-performance culture focused on KPIs. Ensure a safe working environment by delivering safety performance above industry benchmarks through full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety requirements and applicable legal regulations. Lead the development of a proactive safety culture by driving Risk Centre activities and empowering employees through Safety Action Teams. Deliver production targets across volume, SKU, Distribution Cost, and Manufacturing Overheads while ensuring all activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Provide strong leadership and coaching for direct reports and serve as a sponsor for designated Duty Holders. Act as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team and Site Management Team to influence the broader business agenda through collaboration and the sharing of best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bsc/Master in preferably Business Economics and/or Technical Engineering
- At least 4 yrs experience in Production Management preferably in FMCG
- People management experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
