UNIT MANAGER

Conduct general management of staff including hiring, training, coaching, directing performance, and handling status changes, promotions, and terminations. Manage staff levels through recruiting, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage. Control labor costs via staff scheduling, hour adjustments, and timeclock management while overseeing daily and monthly closing paperwork, inventory, and revenue reconciliation. Lead crew training, safety meetings, and compliance with Tommy's Training Programs. Manage Point of Sale systems, cash audits, and bank deposits. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, supply, and labor costs while resolving customer incidents and maintaining equipment standards. Ensure all personnel files, labor laws, and safety certifications are current and properly documented.
