Job Summary
Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel in the delivery of care for all residents on the assigned memory care unit. Manage the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all federal and state laws. Create a comforting atmosphere, promote interdisciplinary communication, and mentor staff while demonstrating compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Requires an accredited nursing degree and Indiana RN or LPN license. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive compensation, 401(k), and comprehensive wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
