Job Summary
Lead the Fixed Plant Maintenance Team in Agnew to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations, overseeing processing plant equipment and infrastructure. Drive the full asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, develop KPIs and implement predictive maintenance strategies, manage operational and capital maintenance budgets, and coach a high-performing team while aligning with senior management and company standards. FIFO roster with generous bonus/benefits and a permanent, senior-level maintenance leadership role in mining.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline)
- Mechanical engineering degree
- Extensive experience in similar roles with strong knowledge of gold processing plants, equipment and infrastructure
- Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams with frontline supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry
- Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance planning and asset performance improvement
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
