Unit Manager

Lead a team of nursing professionals in providing skilled nursing care to residents in Annapolis, Maryland. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical director and nursing staff. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, making recommendations for improvement as needed. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, mentoring and coaching to foster professional growth and development. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including rehabilitation therapists and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
