Job Summary
Unit Manager responsible for nursing operations in a long-term care setting; lead with compassion, assess and evaluate systems supporting resident care, resolve resident/family concerns, implement and evaluate nursing procedures, make clinical nursing diagnoses and guide care plans, perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans, participate in quality assurance and ensure regulatory/documentation compliance, step in for general nursing duties during emergencies or staffing shortages, and utilize electronic medical records. Requires licensed LVN or RN in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing. Fort Worth, TX location; in-person work arrangement.
