Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a nursing unit as Unit Manager - LPN, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and support staff; coordinate patient care, develop and implement care plans with physicians and RNs, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation in the EHR; manage staffing, lead quality improvement initiatives, ensure infection control, and liaise with residents and families to address care needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current and active LPN license
- Minimum 2-3 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
