Job Summary
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care and outstanding customer service while creating and maintaining positive relationships among staff. Attract, retain, and supervise talented team members, providing career coaching to existing employees within the assigned unit. This role requires one year of supervisory experience and stable work history for a licensed LPN in good standing. Full-time team members receive a competitive wage ranging from $32.00 to $34.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.
