Job Summary
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and provide professional guidance to non-professional unit staff. Oversee medication management to ensure supplies and adherence to company policy while identifying educational needs for training with the Nurse Educator. Deliver direct patient care alongside other unit nurses to maintain clinical skills and achieve positive outcomes. Requires current LPN licensure, at least one year of nurse management experience, and BLS/CPR certification. Salary is $34.00 - $37.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state
- At least one year of nurse management experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
