Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care delivery through the nursing process while developing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and the interdisciplinary team. Implement these plans consistently and cost-efficiently, focusing on resident-centered outcomes and discharge planning. Supervise Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel, including other RNs, to maintain optimum resident care and comfort. Requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and recent geriatric clinical experience. Required Qualifications
- current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state
- current CPR certification
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
