Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care is delivered through the nursing process while developing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and the interdisciplinary team. Implement these plans consistently and cost-efficiently, working with physicians and other healthcare professionals to update care based on changing needs. Supervise Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel, including other RNs, to maintain optimum resident care and comfort. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, and geriatric specialty skills. Full benefits package and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state
- current CPR certification
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
- capable of maintaining regular attendance
