Job Summary
Assure effective, outcome-focused nursing care is delivered through the nursing process while identifying needs for discharge planning and follow-up. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team, then implement them consistently and cost-efficiently. Supervise nurses, care specialists, and other personnel, including other RNs, while maintaining resident comfort through current nursing practices. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, and geriatric experience. Full benefits package includes excellent pay, health plans, 401(k), and up to $7,500 annual education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state
- current CPR certification
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
- capable of maintaining regular attendance
