Job Summary
Manage day-to-day program activities, supervise admission and discharge processes, and ensure client safety and security protocols are followed. Coordinate client schedules, leisure activities, and peer group commitments while overseeing Recovery Specialists through training, compliance reviews, and co-supervision. Handle crisis interventions, maintain controlled substance logs, and submit maintenance work orders. Collaborate with the Program Director to manage inventory, shift coverage, and facility licensing compliance. Ensure all staff complete required safety training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in psychology, social work or a similar field
- Knowledge of addiction recovery process
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- NARCAN Certification
- Minimum (2) years' experience with substance-using population
- Minimum (2) years in recovery if applicable
- Must have computer/data entry skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to understand and maintain client programmatic confidentiality/privacy
- Ability to work as member of a treatment team
- Ability to problem-solve programmatic concerns with the Program Director
- Ability to understand and manage moral/ethical boundaries with clients/staff
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
- Experience working on a team with mental health or medical professionals
- Experience managing a reception area
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a similar field
