Job Summary
Lead and develop a high performing commercial insurance service team. Provide overall leadership and direction to service teams, recruit/train staff, conduct performance reviews, and participate in quarterly planning and coaching. Ensure adherence to Lloyd Sadd Service Guidelines and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Collaborate with Leadership on growth and strategy, and foster open two-way communication through regular team meetings. Requires Level II license; CIP/CAIB designation preferred or in progress. Strong detail orientation, time management, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong depth and breadth of commercial and personal insurance experience required
- Level II license required
- C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation(s) preferred or working towards
- Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and EPIC
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and time management skills
- Experience developing others.
