Unit Manager

Oversee daily resident care within skilled nursing and rehabilitation units, supervising and scheduling nursing staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and survey readiness. Collaborate with therapy, physicians, and families to coordinate post-acute and long-term care plans, monitor quality and outcomes, and drive resident-centered improvements. This role requires strong clinical judgment and leadership experience in long-term care to foster compassionate, team-based care in a fast-paced environment.
