Job Summary
RN Unit Manager leads nursing operations, supports DON/ADON, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, manages staffing and scheduling to optimize coverage and reduce overtime, conducts evaluations and coaching, participates in quality initiatives and committees, provides clinical guidance and hands-on support, oversees MDS completion and discharge planning, and supports recruitment and onboarding to promote resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- At least 6 months of rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience preferred
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
