Job Summary
Unit LNA provides supportive bedside nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, and also performs basic administrative and clerical activities to support unit operations. Requires High School Graduate or Equivalent. Vermont State License and BLS certification are required; unit-specific certifications (e.g., CRAT) may be required within the first 12 months. Previous hospital or nursing home LNA experience preferred; secretarial/administrative experience also preferred. Responsibilities include reporting patient care observations, assisting with moving or lifting patients and equipment, and maintaining basic knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills. Pay range: $21.96-$31.99 per hour. Location: Rutland, VT, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vermont State License
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ex. CRAT) per department operational framework
