Job Summary
Unit LNA provides bedside nursing support under RN supervision in the Medical Unit, performing basic administrative and clerical tasks to support unit operations while assisting with moving or lifting patients, reporting care observations, and demonstrating medical-terminology proficiency. Requires Vermont State License and BLS certification; CRAT and other unit-specific certifications as required within the department; High School graduate or equivalent. Pay range $21.96-$31.99/hour; location Rutland, VT; standard hospital-wide duties and team-based care under RN supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vermont State License
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ex. CRAT) per specific department operational framework
- Minimum Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
