Requires a Vermont license and BLS certification, with unit-specific certifications as required within 12 months of hire. This role operates within a hospital or nursing-home setting and supports a float pool across units, emphasizing teamwork under RN oversight and patient-focused care.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Current Vermont State License
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Unit-specific certifications as required (ex. CRAT) per specific department operational framework.*
  • Pay Range = $21.96 - $31.99
  • Previous hospital or nursing home LNA experience, preferred.
  • Previous secretarial or administrative experience preferred.
