Job Summary
Manage club programs and daily operations for connected sites, including staff supervision, facility up-keep, and budget oversight. Develop strategies to increase membership and average daily attendance while working with the Development Team on fundraising and events. Lead staff using BGCSC Cultural DNA guidelines, implement trauma-informed care procedures, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Utilize My Club Hub for data tracking and ADP Workforce Now for administrative functions. Complete grant assignments, recruitment, and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as early childcare development strongly preferred
- Management experience in a child care setting required
- Management experience in a licensed child care setting preferred
- Experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar non-profit organization
- Fundraising experience preferred
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
- Familiarity with ADP or other staff managing software
- Familiarity with My Club Hub or other data tracking software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to pass drug test upon hire
- Ability to pass background check upon hire
- Ability to walk or stand constantly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use fine motor movements with or without reasonable accommodation
