Unit Controller

Own monthly close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for multi-unit food and beverage operations. Partner with operations leaders to interpret results, improve margins, and ensure GAAP compliance. Leverage advanced Excel and ERP tools to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and present clear insights to management. This role supports Finance, Accounting & Administration within a culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
