Job Summary
Unit Clerk on the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit. Provides reception-type services to patients, families and visitors; facilitates admissions, discharges and transfers to support efficient patient throughput; supports patient experience and culture of safety goals; assists with equipment maintenance, unit supplies, and overall environment of care on a 24-hour inpatient unit that handles perinatal care and childbirth-related services.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months previous related experience
- customer service, retail, clerical experience preferred
