Job Summary
Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activities on the nursing unit by performing clerical and receptionist duties. Maintain the physical environment of the area and demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of patients served. Requires basic PC knowledge, medical terminology, and a high school diploma. This per diem role supports the clinical team at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, part of the Valley Health System and Universal Health Services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
