Job Summary
Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling for the Nursing Department, including managing replacement calls, updating the master schedule, and approving overtime from the Director of Care. Maintain attendance and absenteeism reports while communicating recurrent issues to leadership. Requires a high school diploma, exceptional communication skills, and current CPR certification.
