Job Summary
Direct the daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs to provide leadership on the floor; coordinate patient care and services, including charting and medication administration; supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to Life Care standards, laws, and company policies; respond to emergencies in a leadership capacity; coordinate patient care plans and services; maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team; demonstrate good judgment and independent decision-making; ensure compliance with required codes of conduct and training.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State with active license
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and maintained during employment
