Job Summary
Unit Builder (1st shift) at Modine assembles units per drawings, using tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, and wrenches, moving between work stations, performing casing/frame assembly, A-Coil assembly, routing wiring, sub-assembly mating, and reporting any irregular parts in compliance with safety and quality procedures. Requires reading drawings and adherence to PPE, with no travel. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and reliable attendance, with benefits available after initial employment. Location: Racine, Wisconsin, onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
