Job Summary
Lead clinical excellence, quality, safety, and workforce education across inpatient units by partnering with nursing leadership to meet educational requirements for clinical staff. Design interprofessional educational offerings and collaborate across ancillary departments to drive standardized, evidence-based practices, ensure safe care transitions, and promote scientific inquiry. Act as a clinician, learning facilitator, change agent, consultant, and mentor to improve patient outcomes across the care continuum. Work full-time, 32 hours/week within the Nursing Quality & Clinical Education department at Memorial Campus.
Required Qualifications
- Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience in acute care nursing
