Serve as the primary point of contact for the clinical area, providing a professional welcome to patients and routing communications between families and care teams. Manage the patient journey by strategically scheduling appointments and consultations to ensure a timely and efficient flow of care. Facilitate essential clinical workflows by supporting physicians with software navigation, including order entries, patient transfers, and discharge documentation. Maintain clinical readiness through the meticulous assembly of patient charts and the management of all departmental files and correspondence. Orchestrate office logistics by coordinating staff schedules, managing timekeeping systems, and overseeing meeting requirements and minutes.
