Job Summary
Provide excellent and courteous customer service by listening to customer needs, finding products, and offering in-depth information about our apparel. Maintain sales floor cleanliness, monitor and replenish floor stock, and keep fitting rooms to store standards. Process various payment transactions using the Point of Sale system and assist customers whenever needed. Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company's brand, products, and current store promotions. Full-time associates must work more than 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility in schedule availability. Starting compensation is $18.00/hour with opportunities for promotion every three months.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
