Job Summary
Provide excellent and courteous customer service by listening to customer needs, finding products, and explaining in-depth product information. Maintain sales floor cleanliness and tidiness while monitoring and replenishing floor stock as needed. Keep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever required. Process various payment transactions using the Point of Sale system. Remain knowledgeable about the brand, products, and current promotions. Work more than 32 hours per week with flexibility for varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Starting compensation is $19.00/hour with opportunities for promotion every three months.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
