Job Summary
Provide excellent and courteous customer service by listening to customer needs, finding products, and offering in-depth information about UNIQLO's inventory. Maintain sales floor cleanliness, monitor and replenish floor stock, and keep fitting rooms up to store standards. Process various payment transactions using the Point of Sale system while assisting customers whenever needed. Remain knowledgeable about the brand, products, and current promotions. Full-time associates work more than 32 hours per week, while part-time associates work up to 32 hours, with flexibility required for varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week
- Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs
- Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
