Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales goals by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales while maintaining brand and operational standards. Manage customer interactions using UNIQLO service standards and fundamental principles, act as cashier following protocol, and assist with fitting room needs. Process shipments to ensure full-size merchandise representation on the floor and help management identify and resolve store issues. Work flexible evening and weekend hours averaging 12+ weeks per season, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work on ladders
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom by repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Average 12 or more hours per week based on business seasonality
- Full Weekend Availability (Friday - Sunday)
