Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales goals by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales while maintaining brand and operational standards. Pro-actively manage customer interactions using UNIQLO service standards and the six standard phrases, assist with fitting room requests, and act as cashier when required. Process shipments to ensure full merchandise representation on the floor and assist management in resolving store issues. Perform stockroom tasks involving repetitive bending and moving objects up to 25 pounds. Work an average of 12 or more hours per week with full weekend availability, with opening and closing shifts highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months retail or related experience
- Average 12 or more hours per week based on business seasonality
- Full Weekend Availability (Friday - Sunday)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate figure and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom by repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
