Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales goals by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales while maintaining brand and operational standards. Pro-actively manage customer interactions using the Uniqlo service standard and six standard phrases, assist with fitting room standards, and act as cashier when required. Process shipments to ensure full-size merchandise representation on the floor, identify and resolve store issues, and assist with special projects as assigned by management. Work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months retail or related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
- Repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
