Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales goals by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales using the Uniqlo service standard. Maintain brand and operational standards through visual merchandising, cleanliness, and fitting room assistance. Act as cashier following protocol, process shipments to ensure full-size floor representation, and assist management in resolving store issues. Adhere to company policies, notify leadership of infractions, and complete special projects as assigned. Full-time availability requires an average of 32+ hours weekly with weekend flexibility; part-time roles are also available. Starting salary is $16.00 per hour with a clear path to promotion every three months based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months retail or related experience
- Full-Time Availability
- Average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality
- Open availability on weekends (religious exemptions will be considered)
- Restrictions on availability limited to three days per week
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
