UNIQLO Loss Prevention Agent at Dallas Galleria oversees store safety, inventory management, and shortage reduction. Responsibilities include training store teams on loss prevention policies and procedures; identifying, apprehending, and detaining shoplifters following company guidelines; building relationships with store leadership and associates; leading associate awareness efforts; investigating issues and educating teams on proper procedures; ensuring compliance with shortage reduction strategies; partnering with LP Manager to ensure policy adherence; conducting store visits to inspect safety and compliance; identifying safety or loss risks and notifying management; supporting audits and inventory counts; assisting with special projects. Requires strong knowledge of security software, CCTV, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge of federal/state/local law, ability to travel to stores within the assigned area, and physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Education at minimum includes High School Diploma or G.E.D., with Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
