Rotate through every job station in the store to master local operations and uphold high standards of customer service. Lead and motivate staff by overseeing team performance, providing training, and fostering a collaborative environment. Manage store operations including inventory, sales tracking, and presentation to optimize efficiency while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards. Develop strategies to meet sales targets and improve store metrics, driving business growth through data analysis and market trend evaluation. Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline and any country (recent graduates welcome)
- You must be ready and able to relocate anywhere across Canada for initial placement and future assignments
- Relocation support provided
- Ready to start full-time from February 2027
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business/store, which includes evenings and weekends
- Thrive in changing environment – store transfers, role shifts, and new city assignments are core to your development
- You embrace hands-on work and see frontline experience as critical to authentic leadership
